Each of our advisors is Chartered Insurance Institute Qualified and undertakes CPD to maintain their knowledge and qualification.

Today Millins is managed by its two directors, each being readily available to all clients on a day to day basis:

Insurance Advisor – Cert CII

Natalie Jones

Natalie joined Team Millins in 2009 and has extensive experience in arranging and managing a wide range of insurance products within the equestrian sector. She has developed specialist knowledge of equestrian insurance and is dedicated to providing clients with knowledgeable, tailored advice.

Her main focus is supporting clients with all aspects of equestrian insurance, from personal requirements through to commercial needs. Whether arranging cover for horse owners, equestrian businesses, or specialist equestrian assets, Natalie takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and provide solutions that offer the right level of protection.

As a horse owner herself, Natalie is actively involved in the local equestrian community. She keeps her own horse nearby and enjoys supporting and attending local competitions, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the needs of horse owners and equestrian businesses.

Keren Keenan

Keren joined Team Millins in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a career in the insurance industry that began in 1987. She has previously managed two high street branches for national insurance brokers and has also worked for a large specialist equestrian insurance broker, giving her extensive knowledge of the equestrian insurance sector.

Today, Keren specialises in equestrian insurance, supporting both new and long-standing clients with knowledgeable, tailored advice. Her extensive industry experience, combined with her understanding of the equestrian world, enables her to help clients find insurance solutions that meet their individual needs.

Outside of work, Keren owns her own horse and competes regularly, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the challenges and requirements of horse owners and the wider equestrian community.

Stuart Griffiths

Stuart joined Team Millins in 2024 and is a valued member of the team, supporting clients with their insurance requirements. He is committed to delivering friendly, professional service and takes pride in helping clients understand their insurance options and finding cover that meets their individual needs.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, Stuart is continuing to develop his knowledge across a range of insurance products, ensuring clients receive clear advice and responsive support throughout the insurance process. He is dedicated to building strong relationships and providing a high standard of customer care.

Susan Phillips

Susan joined Team Millins in 2021, initially working within the Accounts Department, where she developed a strong understanding of the business and its commitment to excellent client service. More recently, she has moved into the role of Insurance Advisor, bringing her valuable experience and attention to detail to support clients with their insurance needs.

As she continues to build on her insurance knowledge, Susan is committed to providing clear, friendly advice and delivering a high standard of customer care. Working closely with the wider team, she is dedicated to helping clients find insurance solutions that are tailored to their individual requirements while continuing her professional development within the industry.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys volunteering within her local community, singing in a choir, and spending time outdoors. These interests reflect her friendly and community-minded approach, which she brings into her role when supporting clients and colleagues alike.
